We will process your check as soon as we receive your mailed in or faxed order. Please allow 15-20 days for processing. we will receive a copy of your order and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If the item is out of stock and not available at the time that your payment is processed, we will hold the order until the product can be shipped and send you a note. Allow five days for the check to clear before we ship your order. Please note that the vast majority of our customers pay by credit card. Mail, fax and check orders must be processed by hand which in turn, takes longer or could be lost in the huge volume of mail that we receive during the holiday season. If you have not heard from us within 7 days after placing an order with a check payment or mailing a check or money order payment, contact us immediately to inquire about the status of your payment/ order. Returned Checks: If your check is returned we will contact you at the address on your order. If you wish to proceed with the sale, you can use a valid credit card or send a money order for the amount of the purchase plus a $35 return check fee. If we ship your order by mistake and later discover your check was returned unpaid, we ask that you either have the decency to refuse the delivery, return our merchandise undamaged or pay for the item so that further legal or collection actions will not be necessary. You will be responsible for all collection, legal fees and banking fees associated with collecting payment on your bad check. Next, fill out the mail/ fax order form on our website. Be sure to supply an e-mail address and phone number. We will not be able to contact you otherwise. Mail in the form with your payment. A postal Money Order is preferred. Allow fifteen - twenty days for the money order to clear before we ship your order. If your payment clears before then we will ship before then. If you prefer to use your personal or business checking account for payment of your order, you can do so using our secure e-check payment service. A bank e-Check is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a check, only it is done electronically, it is faster and more secure since we do not handle your checking account information. The money comes directly out of your bank account. This type of payment takes 7 business days to clear so we do not receive the money instantly. PLEASE NOTE: you will be using our secure server for entering your checking account information. the debit may occur immediately on your end. However, it will take 7 days for the check to clear on our end. The order will not be processed until payment has cleared. the merchandise that you order can not be reserved for you and may be out of stock or on back order by the time your payment clears. the refund process of our current e-check processor is so cumbersome that we are using gift cards instead. The card will be loaded with the full amount due to you (minus outbound shipping if applicable.) The card will be the same as cash: it can be used anywhere in the United States and at ATM's bearing the CIrrus or Star logo. We may e-mail you the card information or send you a plastic gift card at our option.
