Most of our orders are shipped from warehouses that process thousands of orders every day. The distribution center warehouse charges a $10 service fee to locate and remove the package from the shipping queue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. However, we have no choice but to deduct this charge from your refund.

Alternatively, if you do not want the item, refuse the package when it arrives or return it UNOPENED to the UPS driver. UPS will not accept an opened package unless it has a new shipping label. After the item has been returned to us, we will deduct outbound and return shipping from the total paid and issue a refund for the balance due. We appreciate your cooperation.
