Use this form to ask questions about or get details about using one of our products. We understand that you may have questions regarding our products and we are delighted to answer them. It is our pleasure to help you select the perfect tree or accessory that will create just the right look for your home, a gift or holiday celebration. All responses to product inquiries are handled by e-mail. The product specialist will research your question and e-mail a response to you at the earliest opportunity - usually within 24 -48 hours. Provide as much detail as possible in your e-mail message and be sure to include your e-mail address. Allow us additional response time during the busy season (Oct. 1 - Jan 31). NOTE: Product information is not available from the customer service vendor taking calls on our toll-free order line. Use this form to ask if an item is in sufficient stock for a large or special order. Many of our trees, glass garlands and decorations are custom made, one-of-a-kind and therefore not available in a large quantity through our web store. We will gladly check availability for you before you place a large order. All responses to product inquiries are handled by e-mail. At the present time, we do not have a printed catalogue. Our Product Catalogue online has thumbnail photos of our products and a link to the description page from which a product can be purchased. Stock Availability. Orders are processed on a "first come, first served, pre-paid or not" basis and inventory is updated daily. It is possible for an item to be in stock when you place your order but, out of stock or not available in the quantity that you want when the order is placed at the warehouse for fulfillment. During our busy season, (October 1 -January 31) we are constantly replenishing our inventory. If an item is expected within 5-7 days it may not show on our site as out of stock. If you place an order for that item, it will be back ordered and shipped out automatically when it comes in. We appreciate your patience and understanding! :-)
