You’ll find assembly instructions for those trees in the Decorating Centre. If you get a tree without assembling instructions and there are none on our site, please notify us immediately. We'll get them for you and add them to the site as soon as possible. CARING FOR YOUR ORNAMENT OR DISPLAY STAND, ORNAMENT TREE OR ORNAMENT HANGERS Keep your ornament stand, ornament tree or ornament hangers, photo frames, pedestals, rope lights and Ornamotions clean with a gentle wipe using a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. If you received pink or opaque bubble wrap with your tree, it is tarnish-resistant and should be used for off-season storage. CARING FOR YOUR CRYSTAL GARLANDS, DROPS OR BOHEMIAN GLASS ACCESSORIES IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE SCISSORS OR ANY SHARP OBJECT TO CUT THE TAPE OR GLUE ON THE BUBBLE WRAP PACKAGES THAT CONTAINS YOUR CRYSTAL DROPS OR CRYSTAL GARLANDS. You could cut the clear hanging cord or the thin metal wire that is used to string our Bohemian Glass garlands. We are not responsible for replacing garlands or drops damaged in this way. Handle all glass pieces carefully. When cleaning cover your table with a pad and towel before cleaning any fragile items. Wipe your crystal drops and garlands with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Store them in the tissue paper, bubble wrap and Indestructo box that we have provided. To clean the crystal garlands or drops, use a solution of 2 TBSP white vinegar in 4 oz of water on a clean, lint free cotton cloth. Dry thoroughly. CARING FOR SILVER PLATED OR STERLING SILVER TREES/ FRAMES/ ACCESSORIES We supply a free cleaning cloth with our brass, silver frames, copper and sterling silver ornament hooks. The silver plated ornament trees or ornament stands are lacquered and therefore should need no cleaning. WHILE ON DISPLAY Do not expose any item to direct sunlight, extremes of heat, sunlight or cold while on display or in storage. Do not display or store hangers, breakables or stands within the reach of children. Arrange electrical cords to avoid a tripping hazard in your display area. STORING YOUR ORNAMENTS OR ORNAMENT TREE If we shipped your order directly to you from Pittsburgh you can use the shipping box, instructions and contents for off-season storage. After Novemeber 1st, you will be able to use boxes shipped from our warehouse for off-season storage as well. Sorry, we can not guarantee that the boxes of trees shipped from our suppliers will be of the same quality.
