Discounts For Our Customers
Discounts Offered by Ornament Trees.com
We do not sell wholesale or have a printed catalog. However, we offer our customers the following discounts:
(1) Instant quantity discount: 5% off any order of $100 or more. The discount is automtically deducted from the total of the items in your cart before shipping charges are added.
(2) Donations: We make donations to 501C3 church groups and non-profit organizations in the form of a price reduction on the items purchased. We will also attempt to consolidate the order and reduce the shipping charges. The amount of the discount will depend upon the item that you want. Some of our suppliers are willing to extend you a generous discount, others will not. To qualify for a discount you will need:
- A copy of your IRS non-profit status letter or IRS Tax-exempt ID Number
- A letter on the organization letterhead stating that you are an IRS approved non-profit organization, requesting a discount on our merchandise.
- The letter must be signed by the president or pastor and secretary or treasurer of your church or organization.
- A donation letter of acknowledgement.
(3) E-Z Payment Plan: Available January - October 31 for our large trees or multiple quantity purchase of one item that totals $250 or more (for example, wedding centerpiece trees). This plan enables customers to purchase a large quantity of one item for a special event (such as a wedding) or one of our more expensive, taller trees and spread the payments over three months. To quality, you must purchase one of our ornament / artificial trees 48" or taller tree or a make a single item purchase of $250 or more. All items must be shipped to the same location. The Payment Plan option is available all year around. However, customers wishing to use the plan for a Christmas delivery must complete the sign up and purchase before November 5th. This will reserve the item for you. After November 10th we can not guarantee availability of the item or a timely delivery.
Please note the following:
- Order must be paid in full before shipment.
- There is a $2 processing fee that will be collected with the first payment.
- Payment Plan is set up via Paypal or as a recurring billing plan with your card issuer.
To help us determine how much and what type of discount applies to your order, we need the following information:
- Stock numbers of the items that you wish to purchase.
- The quantity that you need
- The deadline or "need by" event date
- The ship to address city and zip code.
It would also help us to know the type of event for which you are ordering and the item that you plan to display so that we can suggest alternatives if the product that you want is not available.
PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME (AT LEAST 1 WEEK) FOR US TO CONTACT SUPPLIERS AND CHECK AVAILABILITY. WE WILL THEN PREPARE AND SEND YOU A QUOTE WITH THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER, THE DISCOUNT AND SHIPPING.
