Each glass bead in the strand is slighlty larger than 1" in diameter, approx 3/"8 deep. Beads are flat on the front, triangular, octagonal in overall design. Individual beads of this size are selling elsewhere on the internet for $4.99 each! This heavyweight glass tree garland is substantial enough to decorate a real tree with sturdy branches or an artificial tinsel type tree with metal branches. Because of the weight, you should lay them more to the inside on the branches of your Christmas tree - not on the tips. We assemble these by hand and will leave the hooks on the ends so that you can connect more than one set of strands if you wish. Reflects light beautifully.

If you are
choosing a garland for an artificial or real tree allow
for the extra width of your tree and get the longest length or a multiple.
The connecting pins are strong and the beads will not fall off of the
connector. We will gently push in the wires connecting the beads to keep them from snagging. However,
may need to do it again after you take them out of
the box. Strand ends can be pulled apart by hand to add to your
chain if you wish. We will connect multiple strands for you. If you order multiples and do NOT want them as one garland, please add a note in the cart asking us to leave yours as single strands. Here are a few ideas for using glass bead
