Tree is almost 2' tall powered by two AA batteries that are not included. With lightweight ornaments, manufacturer states the rotator could run up to three days continuously on one battery. Arms are metal wire. Center rod, connectors, seat and motor housing (base) are painted vinyl. Slowly rotates in one direction around 1 rpm. Arms fit down inside of a connector on the tree trunk and are not adjustable. Sections then fit into one another.
