Normal Shipping Schedule and Deadlines

NOTE: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. Then, allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery depending upon your location. When you are calculating the number of days from shipping to delivery at your home, use business days only. UPS does not move packages on weekends or Federal /designated holidays. We can not ship to a post office or post office box- domestic or international.

In Stock Merchandise Orders: our merchandise ships from warehouses all over the country. We ask all customers to allow 1-3 business days after your order is placed for processing before the order will be shipped. (Expedited orders allow 24 hours minimum.) In Stock Large Order or Special Order Shipment: allow 7-14 business days for order processing and 14-21 business days for delivery to you unless you request and complete the payment for expedited shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam: the bulk of our shipping to these states / territories is done by UPS. But, we also use United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the lower area of Alaska is relatively inexpensive, can be tracked and is our preferred method of shipping whenever possible. Expedited shipping to USA Destinations: our current shopping cart has the option for expedited shipping of UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air. Check the map above to see if you need to add expedited shipping to your order in order to get it in time. All domestic ground and expedited orders are shipped by UPS. Military Destinations: all shipments to our brave men and women serving overseas in the military must go by the United States Post Office. The approximate price/cost for shipping can be obtained from the post office website. We collect slightly more on all of our orders ($2-$5) to cover warehouse order processing charges. Postal Shipping to International Destinations: please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 14-90 days for arrival depending upon your location and the manner in which your country handles international packages.

UPS shipping to international destinations: please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-15 days for arrival depending upon your location and the manner in which your country handles international packages.
