For your protection, our credit card processor requires you to supply this three digit number on the back of your (MasterCard/Visa/Discover) credit/debit card, in or above the signature line. On Amex cards, it is a four digit number on the front above the last four digits of the card number. We can not process your order without it.

We will use the e-mail address above to correspond with you about your order and send your receipt after the order has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

We ship via UPS and can not deliver to a post office box. Use a street address on your order.
Our cart order form does not collect the full cost of international shipping. The actual amount charged on your card may be higher than the amount shown on the cart order form.
Different "ship to" and "bill to" addresses on the order will require a signature at delivery.
Allow 15-20 days for processing of check and money order payments.
