Our site is configured so that any customer using a clean (spam-free) computer with adequate memory and no operating system errors, accessing the Internet with a standard browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox) by way of a DSL, ISDN or cable modem can view any page or image within 5-7 seconds. Most customers are able to complete an order with no difficulty. However, in some cases, the configuration of one's browser, firewall or anti-virus software could interfere with a smooth shopping experience.

Having a Problem Viewing Magnified Images On Our Site?
Can't see the magnified views of our photos? A few customers have reported problems with seeing the enlarged view of products on our site. All of the images on our site have at least one magnified view. Products with a more complicated design or those with difficult to explain or delicate elements may have more than one magnified view. Each magnified image is available with one click on the "Click To Enlarge" text link under each graphic. After clicking, the image will either appear in a new window or, in a minimized window that is already open. Go here for help if you can not see the magnified view of images on our site.
Problem With Creating an Account: Error Message or Cart Not Responding
Our cart will allow you to place an order without creating an account. However, it will benefit you to do so. Customers with an account can log in to see notes, check and track shipping, post a product review, create a wish list, get advanced notice of sales and request an RMA. If you are trying to create an account but the cart is not responding or giving you an error message, go here for help with resolving this issue. If you placed an order and did not get a receipt, log into your account or click the "Order History" link below if you created an account with your order.
Make Sure You Will Get Our Correspondence
Customers using AOL, Yahoo, EarthLink, Hotmail, Brightmail, bigpond.au, blueyonder.co.uk, and e-mail accounts ending with .edu (education) or .gov (government) have the most difficulty receiving our correspondence or tracking numbers. Unless you add our e-mail address to your program before placing an order, you may not get your receipt or the UPS tracking number. Problems with using our shopping cart can also be caused by:

outdated anti-virus or firewall software. You should keep your computer up to date by downloading and installing your firewall and anti-virus software updates when they are issued.

using an older computer with an operating system or browser software that pre-dates Microsoft 2000. Our site may appear to be slow loading for you.

a computer which has been infected with spyware or spamware. If you see underlined or highlighted text anywhere on our site, other than the red text on the category or product description pages, your computer may be infected. using a dial-up connection. Our pages will load very, very slowly for you. :-)

security or firewall software settings which are too high. Settings which are too high will "protect" your computer by blocking javascript, flash or other harmless scripts. The pages and scripts on this site will display correctly if your firewall's internet settings are medium - medium high.
