If the item is out of stock and not available at the time that your payment is processed, we will hold the order until the product can be shipped and send you a note. If we ship your order by mistake and later discover your check was returned unpaid, we ask that you either have the decency to refuse the delivery, return our merchandise undamaged or pay for the item so that further legal or collection actions will not be necessary. You will be responsible for all collection, legal fees and banking fees associated with collecting payment on your bad check. 

 

Cancelled orders: If you cancel your order before it is shipped and after your check has cleared, we will issue a gift card for the amount due.
