Your tree will be reserved for you and shipped out after your final payment. If you need your tree by a specific date after the last payment, or if you need expedited shipping, please let us know by placing an note in the "Comments" area of our shopping cart or with an e-mail message. *A note about debit cards: be careful using your debit card when purchasing over the Internet! Since your tree must be paid in full before we can ship it, the E-Z payment plan should be started no later than October 5th so that you'll have plenty of time to get it before Christmas. PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS (Credit Card Payments): There is a $2 non-refundable set up fee included in the first payment. Payments are divided into three equal monthly installments, 30 days apart. Payments are automatically charged to your credit card until your tree is paid off or you cancel the order. Please note: although the cart does not say so, billing ends after the third and final payment is complete. Estimated shipping charges and the oversize shipping fee are included in the total amount of your payment plan. You may cancel at any time. However, if you cancel a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. There are non-refundable costs associated with setting up your deferred payment plan that we must recoup if you cancel. You can pre-pay if you wish. Many of our customers make the first payment to start their plan and reserve their tree then, pay make both the second and final payment before the third installment is due.
PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS (Check or Money Order Payments): Prefer to pay cash for your tree? E-Z Pay can be set up and installments paid with an online draft. Pay your first installment with an online check through our secure cart. We will send you a secure payment link when your next payment is due. Click the payment link and make additional payments by online draft.
E-Z Pay can also be set up and installments made with a paper check or money order. Download and complete our mail/fax order form. You can either fax it in (Toll-free Fax: 1.877.591.0574) or mail it. We'll e-mail you a note before each installment is due.
