Post Office Boxes:  Neither UPS, DHL or FedEx will deliver to a post office, a post office street address or a post office box. Therefore, we can not ship to a post office, post office street address or post office box. Please supply your street address with the order. 

UPS: Our default shipping method is UPS/United Parcel. We ask all customers to allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for transit to you. UPS delivers Monday-Friday except Federal holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. We can not guarantee that your item will be delivered within any particular time frame after it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for delivery delays after your order is picked up by the shipping carrier.  Delivery time is only guaranteed by the carrier when you select expedited shipping. UPS does not normally refund shipping charges - even in the event of a natural disaster. Please check the UPS Delivery Map on our site before ordering.

USPS / Post Office Shipping: Priority Mail or Express USPS Post Office shipping is not available for any of our ornament trees unless you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rica, US Virgin islands or other US Territory. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT USPS MAIL DELIVERY IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE USA. A special USPS Parcel Post rate is available for certain lightweight items on our site. We are working with a developer to standardize the rate for our ornament hooks, mini photo frames.

Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges are based upon the actual UPS or USPS mail rate for the box size and/or weight of your order plus $2-$5 for package handling as charged by each supplier or warehouse. Because of the difficulty of calculating the exact expedited shipping for oversized products without overcharging for ground shipping, we will contact you if the expedited shipping charges exceed the amount collected by our cart.

If our cart collects too much for lightweight products (ornament hooks, mini photo frames, or products with a sku number ending with '-P', we will issue "dollar for dollar" Bonus Points for an overcharge of less than $10 or a credit if it is more than $10. Points can be redeemed when you shop with us again.

We ship from warehouse locations all across the USA. If your order includes items that ship from more than one warehouse, you will receive the discounted shipping rate from both locations. 

After the Order Has Been Placed: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for delivery. We make every effort to process orders for in stock merchandise within 1-3 business days after it has been placed. If possible, we will keep you informed of back orders, and any other delay in delivery, mishaps, etc. using the e-mail address on your order. 

• Your receipt will be e-mailed after the sale. You will not receive any further confirmation until the shipping location e-mails you a copy of the tracking number after your order has shipped. If you are an AOL customer or have an aggressive spam filter on your inbox, please be sure to add the e-mail address on your order confirmation to your buddy list, white list or list of approved senders.

• Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska: PLEASE ORDER EARLY! in spite of the info on the post office website, allow at least 30-60 business days for a priority mail to arrive at  your destination especially if you are ordering after Nov. 1st and/or living in a remote/rural location in Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. Insurance is included in the shipping charge and a signature may be required at delivery. See our signature required section.
• UPS: Normally, you should allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 7-10 business days. They deliver Monday-Friday except Federal holidays and the day after Thanksgiving.
• USPS: 10-21 business days for delivery, Monday - Saturday except Federal holidays in most locations. You can choose from Express and Priority Mail, and Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. Unless you contact us to request and pay for a different method of shipping, we will select the quickest, least expensive method closest to the amount collected on your order. For most customers, that will be USPS Parcel post with delivery confirmation.

International Shipping

• We have a separate page for international customers. Please go here for help.

• Please allow 24 hours processing time after the order is placed before it is shipped. In other words, if you order today, barring the unforeseen, it will ship tomorrow. This applies to order for our trees, photo ornaments and other accessories. Expedited orders placed for ornament hooks, crystals and glass garlands may take 2 days. THE CUT OFF TIME FOR EXPEDITED REQUESTS IS 9:00 AM EST- MON-FRI 24 hours before the order needs to ship. Expedited delivery is available Monday - Friday only. No weekends or holidays.
• nbsp;If an expedited shipping method that you select is not available to your area, we will select the shipping method closest to the amount collected and issue a credit if the overcharge is $10 or more. Less than $10 we will issue bonus points that can be redeemed when shopping with us again.
• If you are ordering after December 15th, we recommend using expedited shipping to be sure that your package will arrive on or before Christmas eve. December 21st is the last order date for all expedited including Next Day air shipments.
• Expedited drop shipments : For special orders, we may be able to have an item that is out of stock at our warehouse shipped to you directly from the supplier. The normal supplier turn around time on an order is 72 hours. There may be an additional "In Plant Rush" fee of $7.50 - $10.50 (as required by the supplier) plus UPS expedited shipping fees if you request Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select shipping of your order. Payment must be completed before the order can be shipped.

• Any order with a different "ship to" and "bill to" address - including gifts. If you can, please notify the recipient that a package is coming and their signature will be required. If you can, please notify the recipient that a package is coming and their signature will be required. No shipping carrier will guarantee Christmas delivery for any ground shipment made after the December 10th. 
Paypal gift orders or orders from an unconfirmed address. Go here for the UPS delivery map and approximate timetable.
• If UPS shipping is available to your location and you select USPS, a signature will be required because USPS can not be tracked or traced.
• Expedited International orders including 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or Same Day Air.
• Expedited USA shipments including 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or Same Day Air.
• Orders that trigger our security credit check or exceed $150. 

Using your work address: If you have your order delivered to your job instead of your home delivery confirmation via a signature is required. That way, if you do not get your package, you will know who did. :-)

Not home during the day? If your order requires a signature and you or the recipient will not be available to sign for the package, sign the UPS InfoNotice of Attempted Delivery, leave it for the driver to pick up on his/her second attempt to deliver and they will leave the package for you. Please make sure that you have a secure location in which to leave the package as we can not be responsible for loss.

• Gift orders shipping to USA and international customers: You can order any item and request it be shipped elsewhere as a gift (USA orders only). If the product is in stock and we can ship directly, the gift goes to the "Ship To" address on your order form and arrives with the text of your gift note printed on the packing slip. The recipients' signature will be required. Your recipient will not get any information regarding the price of your gift.  There is no extra charge for this service.
• Multiple Gifts on One order: At the present time, we can not process an order with multiple gifts to be shipped to multiple addresses. Each gift order must be entered separately and will incur separate shipping charges.
• Please check the recipients' address carefully before completing your order! If we need to verify shipping information on your order by phone or e-mail the order will be held. If we do not get a reply from you, the order may be cancelled at our option. If we are charged a bad address fee by the warehouse or UPS, we will deduct this from any returned or refused item refund.
• Personalized Gift cards: Sorry, we can not include a personalized gift card with a gift shipped from a supplier or the warehouse.

We've had so many problems with "after the fact" billing of shipping charges, that we can no longer ship with 3rd party billing.

• Military Locations:Only the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers to military locations. All military orders are shipped insured and that fee is included in the shipping charge. Pricing info is available at the USPS website.
• Post Office Boxes:  Neither UPS, DHL or FedEx will deliver to a post office, a post office street address or a post office box. Therefore, we can not ship to a post office, post office street address or post office box. Please supply your street address with the order.  We will make one attempt to contact you. The order will be held until we hear from you. Which means, the item that you ordered will not be reserved for you and may not be available after we hear from.
• USA Shipping Methods: Orders that weigh less than 2 lbs may be shipped by either USPS insured (signature required) or UPS ground. Ornament stands and trees are generally shipped via UPS ground. Larger ornament trees 40-108" and special orders are shipped by UPS and your signature will be required at delivery. Allow extra delivery time if you are ordering between December 1 and December 15th. After December 15th, we recommend using expedited or express shipping for pre-Christmas delivery.
• USA Ship Dates: Generally Monday - Friday, 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. Unless you are requesting next day delivery, we do not ship or deliver on any Federal holiday, the day after Thanksgiving. weekends. We are closed for a brief period after Christmas and the new year. Since our suppliers are generally taking inventory and/or replenishing their stock during January and February, orders received after December 20th for products that are not in stock may not be shipped until mid February - early March. If you have any question about whether or not a product is in stock, or need expedited delivery, please e-mail us.
• Pay Pal Orders: If you are using your Pay Pal account or credit card via Paypal for payment, for your protection and ours, a signature will be required for any shipment to an unconfirmed street address or if the "ship to" and "bill to" addresses are different. Notify the recipient of your gift that a signature will be required at delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or the recipient of your gift.
• Back Orders: If the product that you order is not in stock, we will automatically place it on a back order. IF your order includes items that are in stock and items that are not, we will hold and ship the entire order together. If you need the available item immediately, notify us. We can ship the item in stock now and the back order separately at no charge.
• Dimensional Weight: For your convenience, the product description pages on our site include both the actual weight and the dimensional weight. If your order ships from more than one location the shipping charge will be higher but, you will get the discounted rate for both locations. Our shipping charges are calculated directly by UPS (or the post office) and are based upon your zip code and the dimensional weight of the box in which the product is packed NOT the actual weight of the item. Normally, this does not result in higher shipping charges. However, if you select expedited shipping, the rates will be significantly higher. For example a 3- lb tree that comes in a box 27"x13"x13" could cost upwards of $100 to ship by 2nd day air. If you wish to place an order and the shipping seems extraordinarily high, use the Contact Form on our site and tell us the stock number, the quantity that you need, your city and zip. We'll be glad to check and see if we can get a better rate for you.
• Maximum Weight and Shipping Error on Order Form: total order weight for UPS ground shipping can not exceed 99 lbs. For the post office the limit is 84 united inches (L+W+Hx2). If you are ordering more than one item and the combined weight is more than 99 lbs, you will receive an error message from our cart saying "there are no shipping options available". We can still assist you. Just use the Contact Form on our site and tell us the stock number, the city/zip and your due date. We will calculate the freight charge for the order and do what we can to help you receive your order in a timely manner.
• Shipping of Oversized Items: Many of our tall and floor height ornament trees (42"- 96"), pre-assembled tabletop trees and large ornament storage boxes come from the manufacturer in boxes which shipping carriers classify as "over-sized". That means the carrier assigns it a higher shipping rate because of the size of the box (dimensional weight) regardless of the actual physical weight. Shipping charge is based upon the dimension of the box or weight of the item and your zip code. For instance our Dove of Peace family photo tree only weighed about six pounds. But it shipped assembled and the box was oversized. Therefore, UPS calculated the shipping at the 30 lb rate. These items will incur an additional shipping charge that will be noted on the description page. Rest assured, if we can pack your order to avoid carrier over size charges, we will. Sorry, oversized items can not be shipped international destinations.

• No shipping carrier will guarantee Christmas delivery for any ground shipment made after the December 15. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas (especially If you are ordering after 12/18), we strongly recommend expedited shipping. Go here for the UPS delivery map and approximate timetable.

Special Orders / Time Sensitive Orders

• Special Orders: Many of the ornament trees and home decor in our shop are stocked in small quantities of 6 items or fewer but, available from the manufacturer in large quantities. If our inventory is low or shows minus, check the "Restocking" area of the Product Details to see if the item is available and/or coming in. We usually restock within 10 business days. Check the manufacturer information on the description page for more info about how long it will take us to get a large/special order in for you. All special orders are subject to availability - especially after November 1st. Special order returns are handled differently than regular returns. Go here for more information.
• If you need to order six or more of any item use the Contact Form on our site for assistance. We need to know the item number, the quantity that you need, the event and the date of the event.
• Time Sensitive/ Date Specific Orders:  We are thankful for the many, customers who order from us for a special event ( trade show, birthday gift, wedding shower, Mothers /Fathers Day, wedding, etc) or a gift. We appreciate it even more when you let us know if your order is time-sensitive and the date by which you need your order. Before ordering, please check our UPS Delivery Mapand choose expedited shipping with your order if needed.  Also, add your Need by" date in the "Comments" area of our shopping cart. We will do our best to make sure that your order arrives in time for your event.
