  • After the Order Has Been Placed: We make every effort to process in stock orders within 1-3 days after it is placed by you. Please allow 7-10 days for UPS or post office delivery. If possible, we will keep you informed of any delays in delivery, mishaps, etc. using the e-mail address on your order. We can not guarantee that your item will be delivered within any particular time frame after it leaves our facility unless you pay for expedited shipping which is guaranteed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays after your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Go here for more information regarding how we process and fulfill orders.

  • After the Order Has Been Shipped: Orders shipped from the main distribution center can be tracked via the "Track Orders" button on our website. Unless the e-mail address that you gave us was incorrect or the spam filter on your e-mail server rejects it, you will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail after the item is shipped. If you do not get the tracking number by e-mail, you can obtain it by using the track orders page on our website. Items on back order at the warehouse will show under your e-mail address or order number with the product that you ordered. At the present time, orders that do not ship from the warehouse can not be tracked from our site. Some of our suppliers send us a tracking number after your product has been shipped. But many of them do not. If you have not received your order or a tracking number within a week after placing it, go here to drop us a note and select "Where's my stuff? :-)."

  • Pay Pal Orders: If you are using your Pay Pal account or credit card via Paypal for payment, for your protection and ours, a signature will be required for any shipment to an unconfirmed street address or if the "ship to" and "bill to" addresses are different. Please notify the recipient of your gift that a signature will be required at delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or the recipient of your gift.

  • Back Orders: If the product that you order is not in stock, we will automatically place it on a back order.  If your order includes items that are in stock and items that are not, we will hold and ship the entire order together. IF YOU NEED THE AVAILABLE ITEM IMMEDIATELY, NOTIFY US. We can ship the in stock now and the back order separately at no additional charge to you. Expedited USA Shipping:  If you are ordering after December 15th, we recommend using expedited shipping to be sure that your package will arrive on or before Christmas eve. December 19 is the last order date for all expedited including Next Day air shipments. THE CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY EXPEDITED REQUESTS IS 10:00 AM e.s.t. MON-FRI.  All same day requests for expedited shipping that are completed after 10:00 am EST will incur an additional $25 processing fee as required by the warehouse. Please allow 24 hours after payment for  the order to be processed before it is shipped. Expedited orders must be paid in full AND placed at the warehouse by 10:00 am e.s.t. of the day it needs to ship. Expedited shipping is available Monday - Friday only. No weekends or holidays.

  • We can not/do not ship to a post office or post office box - US or international. Please include a street address on your order.

  • To see how much it will cost to ship to your location and all of the shipping options, enter the item into the cart, enter your country, select your state (US and Canada,) enter your postal code and click "Continue". USPS and UPS options will be presented on the following page. Select the method of delivery and click "Add shipping" to add the amount to your order.

  • Expedited drop shipments: For special orders, we may be able to have an item that is out of stock at our warehouse shipped to you directly from the supplier. The normal supplier turn around time on an order is 72 hours. There may be an additional "In Plant Rush" fee of $7.50 - $10.50 (as required by the supplier) plus UPS expedited shipping fees if you request Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select shipping of your order. Payment must be completed before the order can be shipped.

  • Dimensional Weight: on expedited shipments, UPS is now charging for the size of the box instead of the weight. So, a 3 lb tree that comes in a box 17x10x10 could cost upwards of $100 to ship by 2nd day air. Our cart is set up to pull shipping quotes directly from UPS. However, that system does not  calculate dimensional weight. If you order an oversized item, our cart does not collect the full amount. We will contact you with the UPS shipping estimate and hold the order until we hear back from you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Gift Orders - Direct Shipments, USA and international customers: You can order any item and request it be shipped elsewhere as a gift (USA orders only). If the product is in stock and we can ship directly, the gift goes to the "Ship To" address on your order form and arrives with the text of your gift card printed on the packing slip. The recipients' signature will be required. Your recipient will not get any information regarding the price of your gift There is no extra charge for this service.

The receipt will be sent to you by e-mail confirmation after the sale. You will get a copy of the tracking number by e-mail after your ornament tree is shipped. Gift or personal orders placed before December 10th should arrive before Christmas (USA delivery only). If the product is not in stock, we will notify you and allow you to use our pre-paid back order feature, substitute an item of equal or greater value or cancel. If your order includes multiple gifts to be shipped to multiple addresses, each gift order will incur shipping charges.

  • Personalized Gift cards: Sorry, we can not include a personalized gift card with a gift shipped from a supplier or the warehouse. If your order is shipped from the warehouse, the text of your gift note will be printed on the packing slip.

  • Please check the recipients address carefully before completing your order! If we need to verify shipping information on your order by phone or e-mail before shipping and cannot contact you, the order may be cancelled at our option. If we are charged a bad address fee by the warehouse or UPS, we will deduct this from any returned or refused item refund.

International Shipping and Order Processing Time: We ask all customers to allow 1-3 business days for processing your order and 15-90 business days for receipt. USPS Global Priority or Global Express will take 4-6 weeks or more to arrive. To facilitate a timely delivery, we recommend placing an international Christmas order by October 1st. Expedited shipping is recommended for Christmas orders placed after November 15th. After November 15th, we can not guarantee that any international order will arrive in timely manner, even if you pay for Global Express. We can not/do not ship to a post office or post office box - US or international. Please include a street address on your order.
  • Countries We Service: We ship to English speaking countries: Canada, Puerto Rico, US territories, the UK (England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Isle of Man), Western Europe and Australia. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail after the item is shipped. Tracking may not be available for Global Priority Mail to your country.

  • Australia, Puerto Rico, Guam, US territories Shipping Options: our current shopping cart offers UPS International, USPS Global Express or USPS Global Express Guaranteed.  Australian duties, taxes and brokerage fees are set Australian Customs. Duty is charged on the purchase price of the goods. GST is charged on the total of the purchase price, plus the customs duty, plus the freight and insurance paid or payable for transporting the goods. The current GST is 10% and is subject to change. 

  • Canadian Shipping Options: our current shopping cart offers USPS Global Express, USPS Global Priority or UPS Canada Ground. Tracking is not currently available for Global Priority Mail. When that changes, we will offer it as well. UPS CANADA GROUND is quicker than United States Postal Service, orders can be tracked to your location and they generally handle parcels with less damage. However, there are import brokerage fees charged by the carrier that must be paid before they can release the order. You can clear the package through customs yourself or select US Postal Service if you prefer. 

  • Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs. Anything over $20.00 CAD will be subject to customs fees. Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped. The duty is based upon the value of the merchandise as set by Customs. As part of the NAFTA Trade Agreement, all items that are made in the USA will be duty free but subject to PST & GST taxes. Please go here for more information about Canadian UPS import brokerage charges.

  • Western Europe, UK Shipping Options: our current shopping cart offers USPS Global Priority, International Express or USPS Global Express Guaranteed.  UK Customs establishes the UK duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to the UK. Duty is charged on the purchase price of the goods and can be as high as 30% of the total purchase price if the item is valued at over $20. Goods arriving in the UK from outside the EU are liable to Customs Duty, Excise TAX, Import V.A.T charges, Carrier Brokerage Surcharges.

  • Expedited International Options: UPS ground or expedited is available and fairly quick and reasonably priced to Puerto Rico and Canada. Otherwise, USPS Global International Express or USPS Global International Express Guaranteed are available.

Fees for all international shipments: 

  • The warehouses we are currently using charge extra for pickup / customs paperwork processing fee and an order processing fee ($2-$5.) Those fees are included in the shipping charge added to your order at checkout. 

  • All international packages are shipped insured and a signature may be required at delivery. Insurance is included in the shipping charge.

  • All carriers except the US Post Office charge a brokerage fee which amounts to a charge to clear your package through customs and deliver it to your home. Please note that we do not charge this fee, can not calculate or collect it in advance and receive none of it. However, you may be able to avoid import brokerage charges or select USPS shipping.

  • You are responsible for any tariffs, import taxes, fees, import brokerage fees charged by the carrier or your country after your order arrives. These fees will be collected by your country or the carrier at or before the time of delivery. The shipping charge you pay us covers shipment from the warehouse to the border of your country. 

  • Should you refuse an order because you do not wish to pay the brokerage fee , duties, tariffs, taxes and fees charged by your country, we will deduct the outbound and return shipping charges from your refund.

  • Packages with a value of up to $25 usually have no import / duty fees. The price/cost for international shipping can be obtained from the US post office website, your local postal service or their website for more information regarding your country's import fees and policy.

Third party billing or Using your own DHL FedEx or UPS account for an international order. We've had so many problems with "after the fact" billing of brokerage fees, duties and import fees that we will not ship International orders via FedEx, DHL or UPS unless you use your own personal or business carrier account and authorize third party billing. 

  • There is a $5 document preparation fee and pick up fee charged by the warehouse for international shipments. The shipping charge collected when you place your order should cover these fees. If not, we will contact you for the difference. 

  • When your order is placed, a shipping charge will be collected by our cart and we will credit it back to you minus the warehouse fee.

  • Please note that all of the warehouses and locations from which we ship have a $10 pick up/ customs paperwork processing fee. That fee will be deducted from your shipping payment refund.

  • If the items on your order ship from two locations, shipping and a pick up fee will be calculated for each one. We will contact you for payment if the amount exceeds that collected on the order.

  • A signature will also be required at delivery. 

  • Written permission to use your account is required. A note in the "Comments" area of our cart such as "Okay to use 3rd party billing" will be just fine. Specify which carrier you want to use, enter the business name under which the account is registered , phone number and account number at checkout. We will verify the account before shipping. An account number without a permission statement will be ignored. We can not use your account unless this information and permission accompanies the order. 

  • This service is not available for orders with ornament hooks, acrylic photo frames, glass garlands or ornament fixatives.

Things International Customers Need to Know:

  1. We can not/do not ship to a post office or post office box - US or international. Please include a street address on your order.

  2. None of our floor height trees 38" or taller can be shipped to international destinations by USPS Global Priority or Global Express Mail because the shipping cartons exceed their maximum box size.

  3. The following size limits apply to Priority Mail International package sent to most destination countries:

    To see how much it will cost to ship to your location and all of our shipping options, enter the item into the cart, enter your country, leave the state blank (unless you are from Canada) then enter your postal code and click "Continue". USPS and UPS options will be presented on the following page. Select the method of delivery and click "Add shipping" to add the amount to your order.

  4. For most countries, packages valued less than $20 do not incur a duty, taxes or import fees. For customs, the value of your package will be the total value of all items on the order.

  5. Our cart is not configured to ship to all international destinations. If you do not see your country listed, depending upon your location, we may still be able to assist you. Please use our contact form for assistance.

  6. The rates quoted by UPS on their website or those used by our shopping cart do not include import brokerage fees! You can clear the package through customs yourself and avoid the fee. Please go here for more information about UPS import brokerage charges. Visit the FedEx website and DHL website for more information about their import brokerage charges.

  7. UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS): US Postal Service Global delivery dates as shown on their website and used by our cart are extremely optimistic. You should allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery even if you request and pay for Global Express or Global Express Guaranteed. Allow 60-120 days and place a Christmas order by October 1st if you can. 

  8. We cannot guarantee timely delivery of an international order after it leaves our facility. We pack it, label it and put it in their hands. After that it is up to the US Postal service and the postal service in your country to get your order to you in time. Order Early!! :-)

  10. UPS/FEDEX/DHL are available if you are using your own shipping account. Please consider this when selecting the items on your order and contact us for assistance before placing an order.

  11. Our electrical and battery operated products (rotating stands, Halloween tree lights, ceiling/wall mounted spinners and trees, Ornamotors, Ornamotions) are intended for use in the United States. Please read our description carefully and order at your own risk. We can not guarantee that they will work in any other country and assume no liability. USA approved batteries and/or a converter/ transformer may be required.

  12. If the "ship to" and "bill to" addresses are different, if you are using 3rd party billing or if the order exceeds our security maximum, a signature will be required at delivery.

International Import Brokerage Fees Any shipment valued at $25 or more requires the use of a customs broker and may also incur import/duty charges by your government. UPS, DHL, FedEx all act as their own customs broker and charge you a brokerage fee which could be 35% or more of the value of your package. Please note that we do not charge this fee, can not calculate or collect it in advance and receive none of it. You may be able to avoid import brokerage charges by following tips mentioned at the websites below. These links lead to information prepared for our Canadian customers. However, in many instances, it will also apply to other international destinations. These links might be helpful to you:

  • Military Locations: Only the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers to military locations. All military orders are shipped insured and that fee is included in the shipping charge. Here is more detailed/ specific information regarding mailing of military packages. Pricing info is available at the USPS website.

  • Post Office Boxes:   Neither UPS, DHL or FedEx will deliver to a post office, a post office street address or a post office box. Therefore, we can not ship to a post office, post office street address or post office box. Please supply your street address with the order.  We will make one attempt to contact you. THE ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE HEAR FROM YOU which means, the item that you ordered will not be reserved for you and may not be available after we hear from you and place the order for fulfillment at the warehouse.

  • USA Shipping Methods: Orders that weigh less than 2 lbs may be shipped by either USPS insured, DHL or UPS ground. Ornament stands and trees are generally shipped via UPS ground. Larger ornament trees 40-108" and special orders are shipped  by UPS and your signature will be required at delivery. Allow extra delivery time if you are ordering between December 1 and December 15th. After December 15th, we recommend using expedited or express shipping for pre-Christmas delivery.

  • USA Ship Dates: Generally Monday - Friday, 1-3 days after the order has been placed. Unless you are requesting next day delivery, we do not ship or deliver on any Federal holiday, the day after Thanksgiving. weekends. We are closed for a brief period after Christmas and the new year. Since our suppliers are generally taking inventory and/or replenishing their stock during January and February, orders received after December 20th for products that are not in stock may not be shipped until mid February - early March.  If you have any question about whether or not a product is in stock, or need expedited delivery, please e-mail us or ask an agent via LIVE CHAT before placing your order.

    • No shipping carrier will guarantee Christmas delivery for any ground shipment made after the above dates. If you are ordering after 12/15, we strongly recommend expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Go here for the UPS delivery map and approximate timetable.

    • PLEASE NOTE: We have no control over the way the distribution center allocates their time and therefore cannot guarantee that any order placed the week before Christmas will be shipped or expedited to arrive before Christmas. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    • After December 15th we can not guarantee that the warehouses will honor an expedited shipping request even if the additional fee is paid.

  • Shipping Charges/ General: Our shipping charges are based upon the actual UPS or USPS priority mail rate for the box size and/or weight of your order plus $2-$5 for package handling as charged by each supplier or warehouses around the country. Occasionally, a customer ordering 5 or more dozen of ornament hooks will be overcharged for shipping. The 5% discount on your order almost always offsets the shipping over-charge. If it does not, we will automatically upgrade the shipping method to 2nd Day Air or Next Day air if we can. If the cost to ship exceeds the amount we collected on your order, we will contact you with a list of the option/costs and send you a secure payment link for the difference between the cost of the method that you select and the amount collected by our cart.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories: 

    • Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska: PLEASE ORDER EARLY! in spite of the info on the post office website, allow at least 30-60 business days for a priority mail to arrive at  your destination especially if you are ordering after Nov. 1st and/or living in a remote/rural location in Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

    • Insurance is included in the shipping charge and a signature may be required at delivery. See our signature required section.

    • UPS Normally, you should allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 7-10 days. They deliver Monday-Friday except Federal holidays and the day after Thanksgiving.

    • USPS: or 10-21 business days for delivery, Monday - Saturday except Federal holidays in most locations. You can choose from Express and Priority Mail, and Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. Unless you contact us to request and pay for a different method of shipping, we will select the quickest, least expensive method closest to the amount collected on your order. For most customers, that will be USPS Parcel post with delivery confirmation.

  • Shipping Charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories, rural/remote areas:  If shipping charges exceed the amount collected by our cart we will contact you with available shipping options and the cost. Your order will be held until the additional shipping is paid. If payment is not received after two attempts to contact you, the order may be cancelled at our option.

  • Shipping Damage / Order Returns:  We ask the warehouses to pack our products according to UPS specifications. Their packing materials should provide the proper cushioning to prevent breakage or damage in transit. If a package is delivered to you in a box that is torn, damaged, or much too large for the product or with obvious shipping damage, that is a certain sign that the original shipping box (and frequently the contents) were damaged by the shipper. Please contact us immediately using the instructions on the pack slip in with your order. All returns, require an RMA number. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US, THE WAREHOUSE, OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS UNTIL AFTER YOU GET AUTHORIZATION INSTRUCTIONS. Return instructions are included with your order on the pack slip. Please read and follow them carefully. Click here for more information regarding our damaged / defective return policy. 

  • Shipping Address Problems: If we can not process your order because you used a post office box or UPS rejected the address that was on your order, we will notify you at the e-mail address you supplied with your order. The order will be held until we hear from you. If we do not hear from you after two attempts to contact you, the order will be cancelled at our option. If the order is returned, refused or we are charged a bad address fee by UPS, we will deduct it from your refund.

  • Oversize boxes: we add $5 to the Buy Now price in order to collect enough for shipping products in an oversize box. .Check our shipping section for more information.Shipping of Oversized Items: Many of our tall and floor height ornament trees (42"- 96"), pre-assembled tabletop trees and, large ornament storage boxes come from the manufacturer in boxes which shipping carriers classify as "over-sized". That means the carrier assigns it a higher shipping rate because of the size of the box ( dimensional weight) regardless of the actual physical weight. For instance our Dove of Peace family photo tree only weighs about six pounds. But it ships assembled and the box in which it ships is oversized. Therefore, UPS calculates the shipping at the 30 lb rate. These items will incur an additional shipping charge that will be noted on the description page. Rest assured, if we can pack your order to avoid carrier over size charges, we will. Shipping charge is based upon the dimension of the box or weight of the item and your zip code. Sorry, oversized items can not be shipped international destinations.  

  • Signature Required Orders: For your protection, a signature will be required for the following:

    • all gift orders or orders with a different "ship to" and "bill to" address. If you can, please notify the recipient that a package is coming and a signature will be required.

    • Paypal gift orders or orders from an unconfirmed address. If you can, please notify the recipient that a package is coming and a signature will be required.

    • USPS insured domestic HI, AK, Guam, PR or international shipments

    • expedited International orders including 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or Same Day Air.

    • expedited USA shipments including Three Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or Same Day Air.

    • orders that triggers our security credit check or exceed a pre-determined dollar amount. 

    • Using your work address: If you have your order delivered to your job instead of your home delivery confirmation via a signature is required. That way, if you do not get your package, you will know who did. :-)

    • Not home during the day? If your order requires a signature and you or the recipient will not be available to sign for the package, sign the UPS InfoNotice or DHL Notice of Attempted Delivery, leave it for the driver to pick up on his/her second attempt to deliver and they will leave the package for you. Please make sure that you have a secure location in which to leave the package.

  • Special Orders: Many of the ornament trees in our shop are special order items shipped directly from the manufacturer. That means, we do not have large quantities in stock. If we sell out of that item, depending upon the supplier and their stock, it could take 7-14 days for them to process the order before they ship it out to us or to you. All special orders are subject to availability - especially after November 1st. Special order returns are handled differently than regular returns. Go here for more information.

  • Time Sensitive/ Date Specific Orders:  Many of our customers order our products for a special event (trade show, birthday gift, wedding shower, Mothers /Fathers Day, wedding, etc) or a gift. If your order is time-sensitive, check our UPS Delivery Area Map and choose expedited shipping with your order if needed.  Also, add your due by date in the "Comments" area of our shopping cart.

  • Using your own shipping account (third party billing) for USA orders: You can use your own valid FedEx /UPS/ DHL account for regular USA ground or expedited shipping if you wish. This is especially useful if you have a high volume daily shipping account and get an exceptionally low rate. However, there is an additional $10 pick up/ processing fee charged by the warehouse. The shipping charge collected by our cart when you place your order should cover these fees. If not, we will contact you and send you a secure payment link for the difference. Any overcharge will be refunded to you. 

    • When your order is placed, a shipping charge will be collected by our cart and we will credit it back to you minus the warehouse fee.

    • If the items on your order ship from two locations, a pick up fee will be calculated for each one. 

    • Written permission to use your account is required. A note in the "Comments" area of our cart such as "Okay to use 3rd party billing" will be just fine.  

    • Specify which carrier you want to use, enter the business name under which the account is registered, phone number and account number at checkout. We will verify the account before shipping. If you do not include a permission statement, the account number will be ignored and we will ship as usual by UPS Ground.  We can not use your account unless this information and permission accompanies the order. A signature will also be required at delivery. 

    • This service is not available for orders with ornament hooks, acrylic photo frames, glass garlands or ornament fixatives.

  • This service may not be available in all areas of the US, International destinations or Canada. It is not available for orders with ornament hooks, glass garlands, acrylic photo frames or ornament fixatives.
