Shipping Charges/ General:
Our shipping charges are based upon the actual UPS or USPS priority mail rate for the box size and/or weight of your order plus $2-$5 for package handling as charged by each supplier or warehouses around the country. Occasionally, a customer ordering 5 or more dozen of ornament hooks will be overcharged for shipping. The 5% discount on your order almost always offsets the shipping over-charge. If it does not, we will automatically upgrade the shipping method to 2nd Day Air or Next Day air if we can.
If the cost to ship exceeds the amount we collected on your order, we will contact you with a list of the option/costs and send you a secure payment link for the difference between the cost of the method that you select and the amount collected by our cart.
After the Order Has Been Placed:
We make every effort to process orders for in stock merchandise within 1-3 days after it has been placed. Please allow 7-10 days for UPS or post office delivery. If possible, we will keep you informed of any delays in delivery, mishaps, etc. using the e-mail address on your order. We can not guarantee that your item will be delivered within any particular time frame after it leaves our facility. Delivery time is only guaranteed by the carrier when you select expedited shipping. They do not refund shipping charges - except in the event of a natural disaster. We are not responsible for delivery delays after your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Go here for more information regarding how we process and fulfill orders.

After the Order Has Been Shipped
: Orders shipped from the main distribution center can be tracked via the "Track Orders" button on our website. Unless the e-mail address that you gave us was incorrect or the spam filter on your e-mail server rejects it, you will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail after the item is shipped. If you do not get the tracking number by e-mail, you can obtain it by using the track orders page on our website. Items on back order at the warehouse will show under your e-mail address or order number with the product that you ordered. At the present time, orders that do not ship from the warehouse can not be tracked from our site. Some of our suppliers send us a tracking number after your product has been shipped. But many of them do not. If you have not received your order or a tracking number within a week after placing it, go here to drop us a note and ask "Where's my stuff? :-)."

Pay Pal Orders:
If you are using your Pay Pal account or credit card via Paypal for payment, for your protection and ours, a signature will be required for any shipment to an unconfirmed street address or if the "ship to" and "bill to" addresses are different.
Please notify the recipient of your gift that a signature will be required at delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or the recipient of your gift.

Back Orders
:
If the product that you order is not in stock, we will automatically place it on a back order. If your order includes items that are in stock and items that are not, we will hold and ship the entire order together. IF YOU NEED THE AVAILABLE ITEM IMMEDIATELY, NOTIFY US. We can ship the in stock now and the back order separately at no additional charge to you.

Expedited USA Shipping
:
If you are ordering after December 15th, we recommend using expedited shipping to be sure that your package will arrive on or before Christmas eve. December 19 is the last order date for all expedited including Next Day air shipments.
Please allow 24 hours processing time after placing the order
before it is shipped. THE CUT OFF TIME FOR EXPEDITED REQUESTS IS 9:00 AM e.s.t. MON-FRI.
Expedited delivery is available Monday - Friday only. No weekends or holidays.

We can not/do not ship to a post office or post office box - US or international. Please include a street address on your order.

Expedited drop shipments
:
For special orders, we may be able to have an item that is out of stock at our warehouse shipped to you directly from the supplier. The normal supplier turn around time on an order is 72 hours. There may be an additional "In Plant Rush" fee of $7.50 - $10.50 (as required by the supplier) plus UPS expedited shipping fees if you request Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select shipping of your order. Payment must be completed before the order can be shipped.

Dimensional Weight:
on all shipments, UPS charges are calculated directly from UPS to your destination and based upon your zip code and the dimensional weight of the box in which the product ships NOT the actual weight of the item. So, a 3 lb tree that comes in a box 17"x10"x10" could cost upwards of $100 to ship by 2nd day air.

Gift Orders - Direct Shipments,
USA and international customers:
You can order any item and request it be shipped elsewhere as a gift (USA orders only). If the product is in stock and we can ship directly, the gift goes to the "Ship To" address on your order form and arrives with the text of your gift note printed on the packing slip. The recipients' signature will be required. Your recipient will not get any information regarding the price of your gift. There is no extra charge for this service.

In stock gift or personal orders placed before December 8th should arrive before Christmas (USA delivery only). If your order includes multiple gifts to be shipped to multiple addresses, each gift order will incur shipping charges.

Military Locations:
Only the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers to military locations. All military orders are shipped insured and that fee is included in the shipping charge. Pricing info is available at the USPS website.

Post Office Boxes:
Neither UPS, DHL or FedEx will deliver to a post office, a post office street address or a post office box. Therefore, we can not ship to a post office, post office street address or post office box. Please supply
your street address with the order. We will make one attempt to contact you. THE ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE HEAR FROM YOU which means, the item that you ordered will not be reserved for you and may not be available after we hear from you and place the order for fulfillment at the warehouse.

USA Shipping Methods:
Orders that weigh less than 2 lbs may be shipped by either USPS insured, DHL or UPS ground. Ornament stands and trees are generally shipped via UPS ground. Larger ornament trees 40-108" and special orders are shipped by UPS and your signature will be required at delivery. Allow extra delivery time if you are ordering between December 1 and December 15th. After December 15th, we recommend using expedited or express shipping for pre-Christmas delivery.

Generally Monday - Friday, 1-3 days after the order has been placed. Unless you are requesting next day delivery, we do not ship or deliver on any Federal holiday, the day after Thanksgiving. weekends. We are closed for a brief period after Christmas and the new year. Since our suppliers are generally taking inventory and/or replenishing their stock during January and February, orders received after December 20th for products that are not in stock may not be shipped until mid February - early March. Shipping Damage

We ask the warehouses to pack our products according to UPS specifications. Their packing materials should provide the proper cushioning to prevent breakage or damage in transit. If a package is delivered to you in a box that is torn, damaged, or much too large for the product or with obvious shipping damage, that is a certain sign that the original shipping box (and frequently the contents) were damaged by the shipper. Please contact us immediately using the instructions on the pack slip in with your order. All returns, require an RMA number. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US, THE WAREHOUSE, OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS UNTIL AFTER YOU GET AUTHORIZATION INSTRUCTIONS. Return instructions are included with your order on the pack slip. If we can not process your order because you used a post office box or UPS rejected the address that was on your order, we will notify you at the e-mail address you supplied with your order. The order will be held until we hear from you. If we do not hear from you after two attempts to contact you, the order will be cancelled at our option. Shipping of Oversized Items: Many of our tall and f
loor height ornament trees (42"- 96"), pre-assembled tabletop trees and, large ornament storage boxes come from the manufacturer in boxes which shipping carriers classify as "over-sized". That means the carrier assigns it a higher shipping rate because of the size of the box ( dimensional weight) regardless of the actual physical weight. For instance our Dove of Peace family photo tree only weighs about six pounds. But it ships assembled and the box in which it ships is oversized. Therefore, UPS calculates the shipping at the 30 lb rate. These items will incur an additional shipping charge that will be noted on the description page. Rest assured, if we can pack your order to avoid carrier over size charges, we will. Shipping charge is based upon the dimension of the box or weight of the item and your zip code. Sorry, oversized items can not be shipped international destinations.
