(3) It has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number or if you ordered more than six of one item or if you placed a special order. If your order does not appear after a search above, it may on a pre-paid backorder status. We try to notify customers when this happens. But, during the busy season (October 1 - December 30) it is very difficult to do so. UPS shipping codes: When you use the UPS tracking number, their system will give you the following information: Ship notification confirms that UPS has received information from us however, the order has not yet been picked up by UPS. Or, the order has been picked up and scanned but not yet entered into their database. Check again after 9 pm CST. Exception notification lets you know when and why a shipment will not meet its original scheduled delivery date, and provides you with a rescheduled date of delivery. Delivery notification confirms that the order has been delivered.
