Our products ship from suppliers and distribution centers located all across the United States. Products on your order may ship from more than one location.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order before attempting to locate it at the distribution center.
DO NOT USE THE TRACKING BUTTON TOOLS BELOW IF:
(1) You ordered crystal prisms, acrylic frames, a glass garland, ornament hooks, ornament fixative, 8", 10" or 12" black rotating stand, an Ann Laurie Tree or custom decorated ornament tree:
your tracking number will be e-mailed to you directly from UPS after the order has been processed by the shipping department at that facility. By the way, that location does not have a daily UPS pickup and the turn around time on orders will be a little longer. Use our
Customer Service Request Form for further assistance and choose the "Where's My Stuff?" option. Please include your full name and cart id order number. Otherwise, we will not be able to locate your order in our system. We endeavour to respond to all e-mail within 24 hours.
(2) You ordered a custom made or heavy duty rotating ornament stand
( 25 -150 lbs) These orders ship from the suppliers. Use our
Customer Service Request Form for further assistance and choose the "Where's My Stuff?" option. Please include your full name and cart id order number. Otherwise, we will not be able to locate it in our system. We endeavour to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.
(3) It has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number or if you ordered more than six of one item or if you placed a special order.
These orders may be shipped from a different location. Select the "Where's My Stuff?" option on our
Customer Service Request Form for further assistance.
Please include the "bill to" name and cart id order number when inquiring about your order. Otherwise, we will not be able to locate it in our system. We endeavour to respond to all e-mail within 24 hours.

You ordered a metal or artificial ornament tree, rotator, ornament stand:
As a rule, you will be sent a tracking number by e-mail from the main warehouse distribution center after your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days after the order was placed before attempting to locate it in the warehouse system. If your order is a direct shipment from a vendor or falls into one of the categories in our "Do Not Use If" section above, the tracking number will not be available
Click one of the "Track Orders" buttons below to locate your order. Enter the order number or e-mail address exactly as it appears on your order confirmation. If your order is gift to be shipped directly to the recipient, it should appear under the name of the person to whom the order was shipped.

If your order does not appear after a search above, it may on a pre-paid backorder status. We try to notify customers when this happens. But, during the busy season (October 1 - December 30) it is very difficult to do so. Feel free to use the
Customer Service Request Form for further assistance and choose the "Where's My Stuff?" option. Please include your full name and cart id order number so that we can quickly locate your order. We'll gladly check the status for you and get back to you at our earliest available opportunity.
UPS shipping codes: When you use the UPS tracking number, their system will give you the following information:

Ship notification
confirms that UPS has received information from us however, the order has not yet been picked up by UPS. Or, the order has been picked up and scanned but not yet entered into their database. Check again after 9 pm CST.

Exception notification
lets you know when and why a shipment will not meet its original scheduled delivery date, and provides you with a rescheduled date of delivery.

Delivery notification
confirms that the order has been delivered.
