Our merchandise ships from warehouses all over the country. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. Then, allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery depending upon your location. Expedited shipping is available with your order. When you are calculating the number of days from shipping to delivery at your home, count business days only. UPS does not move packages on weekends or Federal /designated holidays. We can not ship to a post office or post office box- domestic or international. If you are ordering for a special event, check the map to see if you need to add expedited shipping to your order. Add follow up note for us in the "Comments" area of our shopping cart with the date of your event. We'll do our best to see that arrives in time. Thanks!

UPS Interruption of Service Disclaimer

Online stores, USPS and UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God-bad weather related delays; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.

Is Ground Shipping Guaranteed to Arrive by A Certain Date? No. Ground shipping is never guaranteed to be "date certain." If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, select expedited shipping if you are ordering close to your "need by" date. And include a note to us in the "Comments" area of the shopping cart before completing the order. If you are ordering after 12/17, we strongly recommend expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam: the bulk of our shipping to these states / territories is done by UPS. But, we also use United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the lower area of Alaska is relatively inexpensive, can be tracked and is our preferred method of shipping whenever possible. and our shipping policy. Military Destinations : all shipments to our brave men and women serving overseas in the military must go by the United States Post Office. The approximate price/cost for shipping can be obtained from the post office website. We collect slightly more on all of our orders ($2-$5) to cover warehouse order processing charges. UPS shipping to international destinations: please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-15 days for arrival depending upon your location and the manner in which your country handles international packages.

Open/Closed for Shipping: We are closed on all Federal holidays, plus, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. The telephone order line will also be closed on those days. However, orders placed on our secure website for in stock merchandise will be processed.
