These frames may include one assembled item as a sample for you to see how it should be assembled. Do not display or store frames in extremes of hot or cold. If frame has a glass or acrylic cover in the design, it should be treated as fragile. Do not over load the frame by using it for photos or any other item heaver than it was intended to hold or display. Store them wrapped separately in the plastic pouch and/or shipping box supplied. Clean frames with an occasional gentle wipe using a soft, dry, lint free cloth while on display or before storing. We assume no liability for the use of misuse of this product.

Tiny nicks on the surface and bubbles inside of the crystal are not uncommon and should not affect wear or their beauty while on display. Do not display or store near children or pets. Do not display or store in extremes of hot or cold. For best results, wrap items in protective packaging provided and store in Indestructo box or shipping carton when not in use. To clean, gently wipe each crystal with a lint-free dry cloth. Never submerge any part of the garland in a liquid or any type of cleaning solution.
Use and Care for Bohemian Glass Garlands: The following instructions are included with every order for Bohemian Glass Tree Garlands. The glass in these garlands is quite fragile and should be handled with care. The garlands are strung on a very thin fabric wrapped wire that will not break under normal use.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT USE SCISSORS OR ANY SHARP OBJECT TO CUT THE TAPE OR GLUE ON THE BUBBLE WRAP PACKAGES THAT CONTAINS YOUR CRYSTAL DROPS OR CRYSTAL GARLANDS. You could cut the clear hanging cord or the thin metal wire that is used to string our Bohemian Glass garlands. We are not responsible for replacing garlands or drops damaged in this way. Because of the precautions we take in packing these items to prevent breakage, we can not accept a return of damaged merchandise. Do not display or store near children or pets. Do not display or store in extremes of hot or cold. For best results, wrap items in the protective packaging provided and store in Indestructo box or shipping carton when not in use. To clean, gently wipe each crystal with a soft hair paint brush being careful not to disturb the glitter that may be on beads. If the beads do not have glitter you can clean them with the brush or a soft lint-free dry cloth. Never submerge any part of the garland in a liquid or any type of cleaning solution.

l Drops and Pendants: The following instructions are included with every order for Crystal Drops and Pendants. These drops are glass or 25% lead crystal and therefore breakable. Handle with care. Tiny nicks on the surface and bubbles inside of the glass are not uncommon and should not affect their wear or beauty while on display. Do not display or store near children or pets. Do not display or store in extremes of hot or cold. For best results, keep items wrapped in the packaging provided when not in use, To clean, gently wipe with a lint free cloth slightly dampened with 2/1 water and vinegar mixture. Dry with a clean, lint free cloth or paper towel. If your item is strung with a ribbon, the ribbon should not be exposed to water. Never submerge any part of the garland in a liquid or any type of cleaning solution.
Use and Care for Silver-Plated Ornament Frames: The following instructions are
not included with every order for silver-plated ornament frames. . Do not display or store frames in extremes of hot or cold. If frame has a glass or acrylic cover in the design, it should be treated as fragile. Do not over load the frame by using it for photos or any other item heaver than it was intended to hold or display. The acrylic cover can be used as a template for determining the final size of the photo to be inserted. Store them wrapped separately in the box and/or shipping box supplied. Clean frames with an occasional gentle wipe using a soft, dry, lint free cloth while on display or before storing. Unless otherwise stated, these frames are genuine silver-plated metal. We include one or more free cleaning cloths to remove dark spots (if any).
Use and Care for Light Show: The following instructions are not included with an order for the Christmas Tree Light Show.
This product is not intended for daily use beyond 60 days. Before storing, wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Store in the bubble pack original packing or in shipping carton.
