What to do if You Can't See the Magnified Photo Images on Our Site
Can't see the magnified views of our photos? A few customers have reported problems with seeing the enlarged view of products on our site. Occasionally the configuration of one's browser or computer settings can interfere with the display of enhanced and magnified views. All of the images on our site have at least one magnified view. Those products with more complicated design or elements that we think you need to see, have more than one magnified view. Each magnified image is available by clicking on the "Click To Enlarge" text link under each graphic and should show within a few seconds after you click. If you are not able to view the magnified images, you may need to adjust your browser settings to enable Javascript (#1 below) enable pop-ups (#2 below) and, enable cookies for our site (#3 below) Your firewall / anti-virus software settings for browsing the internet may also need to be adjusted if you have them set on high.
(1) Javascript must be enabled in your browser.
To verify that Javascript is enabled in your browser or change the settings, follow the instructions below as they pertain to the browser that you are using:

Please remember that when you upgrade your browser or install new security software or security patches it may affect your JavaScript settings. It is a good idea to double-check after any new or changed installation to make sure JavaScript is still enabled especially if you notice problems with your browser displaying images, web pages that appear to be extremely slow and load with missing elements or pages that "hang up" and stop loading altogether.

(2) Enabling Pop-Ups:
Most internet browsers and firewall software block pop-ups automatically. To see magnified images on our site you'll need to disable the pop-up blocker in your browser window. Try the following:

Firefox browser: Cookies are enabled by default in Firefox. If you have changed these settings, you may need to undo them in order to complete the checkout process.
Also, check "Tools", "Content" and make sure that Load Images, JavaScript and Java are enabled. Click "Privacy", select Cookies/Exceptions and type in www.ornament-trees.com .
Internet Explorer browser: From the open "Internet Options" menu select the "Privacy" tab then, "Sites". Type "Ornament Trees.com" (no quotes) under Address of this website (etc.) and click "Allow" then close out the "Privacy Actions" page. Click "Okay" to close out the Internet Options page.
(4) Other Causes for This Problem:
Problems with viewing the magnified images on our site can also be caused by:
- outdated anti-virus or firewall software. Please keep your computer up to date by downloading and installing your firewall and anti-virus software updates when they are issued.
- outdated Microsoft operating system or browser software. Please keep your system up to date by downloading and installing Microsoft software updates when they are issued.
- using an older computer, operating system or browser software. If your computer is an older model, a Mac, with software that is older than Microsoft 2000, our site may appear to be slow loading for you.
- a computer which has been infected with spyware or spamware. If you see underlined or highlighted text anywhere on our site except the red text on the product description pages, your computer may be infected. Visit download.com to find a good, free program for checking and cleaning your computer and run it daily.
- using a dial-up connection. Our pages will load very, very slowly for you. :-)
- security, anti-virus or firewall software settings which are too high. Settings which are too high will "protect" your computer by blocking javascripting, flash or other harmless scripts. The pages and scripts on this site will display correctly if your firewall's internet settings are medium - medium high.
