By the Way... products with a title or comments in red on our site are usually clearance merchandise and the price has been reduced. In most cases, the item has been or will be discontinued by the manufacturer. Sales of these items are subject to availability. If we can not fill your order, your payment will be refunded or credited as appropriate.

or OVERSIZED: This symbol (or text) on our site indicates an item for which shipping carriers charge an extra fee because of the box size - regardless of the actual weight. The rate for regular ground shipping of an oversized item, is usually a bit higher than the rate would be if based solely upon the weight. And, for certain of our taller trees we ordered an additional, heavier shipping box to minimize shipping damage. A note in the description of the product indicates an additional box fee of ($5 -$15) is included in the price of the item to cover those costs. Shipping charges will also be calculated and added at checkout. We use the manufacturers' and warehouse reports of box sizes and all dimensions are estimated. If you receive an item that is marked "oversize" in our description but is not in an oversized box, please contact us immediately. Please Note: Expedited shipping rates for oversized items can be double or even triple the regular ground shipping rate. Solution: check the UPS delivery map on our site, allow plenty of time for order processing and shipment then, order early to avoid the higher expedited rates.

When an item says "Yes" next to Advanced Order recommended" in the product description it means the item is either custom made for us or very popular but in short supply from a manufacturer who produces or imports the item in limited quantities. In many cases, it is also a special order. Items like these are generally back ordered for months and when new stock comes in it goes to fill pre-paid advance orders. When you place an order, your card is credited/debited immediately and the order is considered to be prepaid. Advance orders are filled on a "pre-paid, first come, first served - date / time order was placed" basis. If we know when the item is expected, our cart will list the number of items available, the expected delivery date and give you the opportunity to purchase in advance of delivery. A pre-paid advance order ensures your place in line, so to speak. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and let you know if there are any problems. If the order can not be filled or you cancel it before it has been shipped, your payment will be refunded in full.

Special Orders: If you are placing a special order or ordering for an event, please include your "need-by" date in the Comments area of our cart. We will do our best to see to it that your order arrives in time and notify you if it can not.

Multiple Ship From Locations: We ship from warehouses all over the country. If you place an order that includes items which ship from more tha one location, you will get the discounted shipping rate from each location.
